* ORDERING AND DELIVERY
* 1. Please be sure when you are placing your order, that your tiara or accessories are right for you. I am happy to provide further pictures, information and advice on any of the designs.
* 2. From placing your order to receiving your items, the total time is between 3-6 weeks, dependent on workload. Once you have placed your order, you will be emailed to advise you of the likely delivery date.
* 3. If you require an item sooner than the usual delivery time, please contact me, as it may be possible to accommodate a rush order. This may attract an extra charge, which will be advised to you at the time.
* 4. Please contact me at the point of making your order if you would like to change any of the details on your tiara, such as crystal colour, crystal size, colour of base, and colour of wire. Please note that there may be a price adjustment dependent on the customisation of the piece.
* 5. Please note that as each piece is handmade to order, there may be some slight variations from the photographs on this site. However, I can assure you that such variations will be minimal.
* 6. Please contact me for international delivery prices.
* 7. Your order will require a signature on arrival. If you wish this to be sent to another address or workplace please let us know.
* REFUNDS
* 1. A refund, excluding postage costs, will be given on goods returned in their original condition and in the original packaging within 7 days
* 2. Refunds will not be given for customised items (this includes different colours and sizes from the pieces shown in this website)
* 3. All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
* 4. Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item, and we will either refund or replace the item for you.
* 5. Items must be returned using special delivery if the value exceeds £40.00.
* 6. If the item is damaged during return transit the buyer will be responsible for claiming insurance.
* 7. We are compliant with the consumer protection (distance selling) act 2000 which provides a 7 working day no quibble guarantee on stock items.
* 8. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO ITEMS PERSONALISED TO CONSUMER SPECIFICATION I.E. HEIGHT, COLOUR ETC. (Pursuant to regulation 13(c) of the consumer protection (distance selling) regulation 2000).
* PAYMENT
* 1. As each piece is handmade to order, payment in full is required before your order will be processed.
* 2. I accept Paypal, or cheque, made payable to Wedding Accents. If you would like to pay by cheque, please contact me before placing your order.
* SAFTEY INFORMATION
* 1. The items featured on this website are not designed as children's toys, as they include small components and exposed wire. All children should be supervised when wearing Wedding Accents tiaras and accessories.
* PRIVACY POLICY
* 1. Wedding Accents does not divulge the information provided by customers during the course of a transaction to any third parties.
